From bringing us extra garbage cans to picking up our wedding cake in the lobby, the man did it all. One phone call away was James, not only is he the nicest guy around but he dropped everything he was doing to come assist us. We had a butler named James who was our saving grace, as you could imagine we are getting married out of state and we needed various things during our stay. My wife and I stayed in the View penthouse, which was absolutely amazing, the styling, the service, the 'View' were all top of the line.
